About the Property Funding Group (PFG)

The Property Funding Group comprises a small number of private investors who have grown to realise the long-term benefits of investing in property renewal and redevelopment. Whilst a number of our members have no previous knowledge of the building industry, some are already active in this field and bring their expertize to our group. The PFG operates on a strictly share-in/share-out basis, so that members' returns are reflected directly by the investment (both financial and expert) in projects.

We are always happy to consider new investors, who are always given the opportunity for short-term investments (properties developed for re-sale) and long term investments (properties bought for improvement and subsequent rental) - Some members elect to take both options as a means to secure short term profits and long-term investment stability.

Principles:

• We always use employed labor rather than sub-contract, wherever possible.
• All labor must be fully qualified in their trade - We use skilled craftsmen which, whilst increasing the labor bill, ensure a long-term quality and reduced repair costs later.
• Larger rental sites are manned by a full-time or part-time local agent to provide immediate contact and tennant security and confidence.
